Comet State School follows the Australian Curriculum, providing learning across the eight key learning areas: English, Mathematics, Science, Humanities and Social Sciences, Health and Physical Education, Languages, Technologies and the Arts.
Our staff work collaboratively to plan and deliver explicit, high-quality teaching, while adapting learning to meet the needs of each student. We aim to develop successful learners, confident and creative individuals, and active and informed young people.
Each term, families receive a Curriculum Overview outlining the key learning and focus areas for the term.
